Hi Kelowna music fans,

I’d like to share a recent Music City Podcast interview with you today. On episode 21, I had the pleasure of chatting with local musician Cory Myraas. For those of you who may not know, Cory is the man behind local solo act, Windmills. Windmills comes alive through the use of looping techniques, creating a rich sonic tapestry that is well worth a listen. Cory started Windmills in April 2011 and has so far released one album entitled Keep Moving. In the roughly seventeen or so months since Windmills began, Cory has opened for the likes of Hey Ocean!, Andrew Allen, Library Voices, Bend Sinister and Wake Owl. In the Music City Podcast interview, Cory and I chat about his looping technique, career to date and so much more! The segment featuring Cory sees me play my favourite Windmills track too!

You can stream the episode featuring Windmills, by clicking the link HERE.

(The segment on Windmills begins around the 16:23 mark.)
