StreetText, a past finalist of Accelerate Okanagan’s Jump:Start competition, launches two web based apps Listing Leader and Lead Magnet to make online marketing better for Real Estate Agents. The property marketing tools of Listing Leader combined with the home seller leads from Lead Magnet give Realtors the tools and client introductions they need to be the dominant listing agent in their marketplace.

Listing Leader provides Real Estate Agents a convenient platform to distribute listings and impress sellers. It’s the first of its kind to provide one-click property sharing to YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. The platform promises to put listings in front of buyers, cut back on administration time and set Real Estate Agents apart with a unique marketing tool-set.Ryan Davison of Martell Realty Moncton says, “Listing Leader helped me market my services and listings to potential clients more efficiently through multiple channels. To stay ahead in the the real estate industry, this tool is crucial in a day and age where people want their information yesterday.”

Lead Magnet will setup, automate and run inbound marketing for Real Estate Agents by providing managed advertising campaigns and a dashboard that organizes inquiries from leads. This allows Real Estate Agents the ability to follow-up with prospective clients and successfully turn leads into listings.

StreetText client, Darryl Reuter of Royal LePage Kelowna says, “I was able to convert 2 out of my first 5 leads from Lead Magnet into listings with total commissions of over $20,000.” Both Listing Leader and Lead Magnet are designed to integrate with each other, giving Real Estate Agents one platform to manage their online marketing strategy and leads.

Stephen Whiting, StreetText CEO says, “As a team we are very excited about Listing Leader and Lead Magnet. It provides the perfect synergy for Realtors to attract listings and market those listings in both the digital world and traditional world.”Today, StreetText has thousands of paying clients from across Canada and are looking to bridge into the U.S. market. The StreetText team is moving rapidly to further release enriching features to its product offering.
