Well, the nomination period for Best of Kelowna has officially come to an end.
As we tally up the nominations to see who made the cut to the voting round, we would like to announce this year's incredible sponsor – Secure-Rite Mobile Storage!
Organizing the Best of Kelowna competition takes hundreds of hours of effort. From creating articles and social media posts to manually reviewing every single nomination, our staff works tirelessly to make it happen. Without the support of our incredible sponsors, this competition would not be possible.
One of our long-time sponsors is Secure-Rite, who has been partnering with us for many years to make it all happen. We are grateful for their contribution which allows us to continue celebrating the amazing local businesses that make Kelowna the city we’re proud to call our home.
Every Saturday at 2 pm, we post our Best of Kelowna articles highlighting the year’s winners in a variety of categories such as Best Burger, Best Thrift Stores, Best Breweries and so many more, which thousands of locals enjoy each week.
We are grateful for the opportunity to showcase these businesses and their contributions to our community.
This year, we received tens of thousands more nominations than last year, a testament to the community's appreciation for their favourite local businesses.
