Carter is looking for a loving home!
This 3-year-old sweetheart is an expert snuggler, and is hoping to find a family to love!
He is like your very own weighted blanket, as he will crawl up on his foster parent with all 13lbs and settle in for a cuddle session!
Carter loves other dogs, and his foster family’s grandchild! He is a very chill dog overall.
He does get a little excited on walks, because he loves them so much. He does well on the leash usually, but is learning to behave properly when he sees another dog and gets overly thrilled!
When he isn’t out walking, he is a very lazy guy most of the time. Outside of lounging around, he will engage in the odd play session with other dogs!
He can hang out in a crate overnight if needed, however, he really does not like being in enclosed spaces.
Carter does have his own little routine when it comes to bathroom breaks—he goes outside shortly after meals— and has a near perfect house training record.
In between meals, he’s been known to enjoy hypo treats and the odd raw veggie. Yum!
