Hi! My name is Fender and I’m looking for my furever home!
I used to be a dog with a job, but now I’m retired and looking for a loving family to take me in.
I worked for the Canadian Border Services as a detector dog, and I’ve served my country well! Now it’s time for lots of playing and affection.

Personality description
As I’ve already said, I used to work for a living keeping all you humans safe. Even though I’m retired, I still love to be active. I will lap up all the attention that you give me and give it back to you 10 fold! I easily get along with other dogs, so if you have a furry friend in your family already that could use a buddy, I’m your guy! I’m also okay with cats and children!
Suitability
I need to be challenged both physically and mentally, so my ideal home would be with an active family. I’m really looking forward to enjoying my retirement with the loving home that everyone tells me I truly deserve!
