King and Kong are two fur friends hoping to find a furever home where they can live out the rest of their days together.

As you can see, this adorable duo is attached at the hip. They are both 3-year-old Rottweiler/Bernese crosses, and weigh around 110 lbs.

King, although his name suggests a royal personality, is a big softie and a goofball. He loves attention and making you smile with his silly demeanour.

King does well with other dogs, and enjoys older children. He loves birds, and even if he could catch one he wouldn’t likely have the heart to harm it. Neither King or Kong has been tested with cats.

King also loves his walks, but will need a strong leader to provide proper direction and guidance. He does pull out of excitement when he sees other dogs. He is crate trained and potty trained.

King isn't a fan of fireworks, lightening and thunder but he'll take the extra attention given.

Then there’s Kong!

This easygoing boy enjoys the simple pleasures in life such as food, attention and balls. Actually, the phrase "ball is life" may have been coined by Kong, but we aren't really sure.

His laid back personality suggests he can be a little lazy at times but his loving side shines through all the time, and he is constantly asking for love and attention.

Like his bestie, Kong enjoys hanging out with other dogs and older children, and loves walks, but gets too excited and pulls on the leash when he spots another dog. He is also potty and crate trained.

Once Kong has placed his full trust in you, you are hard pressed to find a more loyal companion who just wants to be where you are! Add the ball in that equation and Kong is the happiest boy!

King and Kong prove that two is better than one! If you think this bonded pair will fit in your home and your heart, reach out to Paws It Forward Dog Rescue!
