About Sherman!

Sherman has gone through a lot recently, but he is still a loving companion despite his bad luck. Sherman has just made a full recovery after having been hit by a car before Thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately, no owners came forward to provide treatment.  His severely fractured leg required amputation surgery and a six to eight week rehabilitation period in foster care. However, he is now fully recovered and ready to get settled into his #FureverHome!

Age

Approximately 2-years-old

Colour

Tri-coloured

Personality Description

Sherman is a loving companion. His biggest love is stuffed animals. He loves them so much that he tends to tear them apart! He is a inspiring pup, and will surely make a wonderful family friend.

Suitability

Because of his disability, Sherman will require a home that can handle his needs. His weight will have to be kept under control so as to not overburden his other leg. Please ask the Kelowna SPCA to meet with this very special guy.

To learn more about Sherman, reach out to BC SPCA. There's no end of ways to get involved and help our local animals. Can't commit to a forever home? Check out fostering. You can also donate or volunteer your time.
