Are you not a breakfast person, or just plain bored of breakfast? Instead of skipping out on breakfast or making an unhealthy decision, why not think outside the box and try something new?

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day because it breaks the fast that your body has been in while asleep, provides you with the nutrients to start your day, and helps with maintaining a healthy metabolism. It’s been known that people who eat breakfast are less likely to make a poor decision later on from being starved from lack of food.

Below are three fun and healthy recipes that you can try for next time you are in a breakfast slump!
