Kelowna Ringette is proud to have been awarded the 2012 Western Canadian Ringette Championships which start this coming Wednesday, March 21 with Opening Ceremonies. This is the first time a Ringette event of this caliber has been hosted in Kelowna.

Round Robin games start at 8:00 AM on Thursday with Provincial Champion representation from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Kelowna will be represented as the host team in the tournament to determine the best in Western Canada.

The 3 divisions include Junior A(U16), Belle A(U19) and Open A(18+). Teams will compete on Thursday and Friday to determine the medal round match-ups on Saturday. All games will take place at the Capital News Centre in Kelowna. To see the complete game schedule, click HERE.

Opening ceremonies will be held at the Kelowna Community Theatre on Wednesday evening. A skills competition will be held at the Capital News Centre on Friday evening after the final game of the day.
