Kelowna's own Rockets scored a goal and an assist Saturday night to help Team Canada win 4-0 over Germany.

Rockets team captain Madison Bowey scored Canada's fourth goal Saturday night against Germany at the 2015 IIHG World Junior Championship, helping the team to their second win in a row. It was only 4:11 before Canada scored their first goal on a power play thanks to Connor McDavid, setting the stage for the rest of the night. This goal was assisted by the Rockets' own Josh Morrissey, as well as Nic Petan.

Team Canada built on this momentum, scoring again on a power play thanks to Curtis Lazar to make it 2-0 for the first period. The second period was scoreless on either side, though goalie Eric Comrie had his busiest time, making 10 of his 17 saves in the game.

The third period saw Max Domi's second goal of the 2015 World Junior's, making it 3-0 for Team Canada. Bowey then had his moment with yet another power play goal at 4:16 left to go, making a wrist shot to beat German goaltender Kevin Reich.

Canada outshot Germany 31-17 for the game, keeping Germany scoreless. Team Canada gets Sunday off, but will return on Monday to play against the defending gold medallists, Finland, at 5 p.m. ET.
