A campaign started by two girls to help their sick mom resulted in a tear-jerking video of an entire village showing up to help.

Hannah and Terri Cliffe have set up Mend Our Mum to help their mother Berni, who has very aggressive rare form of cancer: stage 4 gallbladder adenocarcinoma. She has five small tumours showing as peritoneum metastates. In the UK, Bernie is treated with NHS drugs, but the daughters are trying to raise money to get more effective treatment that's regularly used in the United States.

This heartwarming video shows the family's village of Audlem, South Cheshire, banding together to help. Tons of community members joined to sing “Amazing Grace” in churches, on their motorcycles, on hikes, and at work. It's a gorgeous video, and the amount of community support is evident even in the lengthy credits, which take up nearly half the video.

The song's being sold on iTunes to help raise money for this mother's treatment and to bring awareness to the daughters' fundraising campaign.

Take a look to get in the holiday spirit, and maybe keep some tissues handy.
