A Womens only self-defence workshop taught by Jiu-Jitsu World Champion Sarah Draht (Ages 12+). No experience required. Attend our workshop to find out what you are capable of! Cost: Participation is by donation. All proceeds go towards sending our athletes to represent Canada at the the largest Jiu-Jitsu Tournament in the World.
