About: Nikolas from Mountain Pathways will be sharing the foundational principles of Tai Chi according to Huang and Yang style methods in the Essence of Tai Chi series. Learning how to relax the body in movement and release habitually stored tension will be a focus as these greatly contribute to overall wellbeing. The classes will progressively move through exercises for harmonizing the body, breath and mind, along with beginning the Yang style 37 short form. Nikolas emphasizes a fun and easy-going environment for learning Tai Chi while increasing our health and wellbeing at the same time. Class includes a glass of wine.
