About:
The Makery Kelowna was founded by Leigh Stutters, out of her love for beautiful interiors, all things handmade, and the belief that the act of creating brings deep joy and a sense of accomplishment. Each macramé piece is carefully knotted by hand and designed with the concept of bringing energy, warmth, and conversation to your setting.
Leigh began her career as a public school educator, and now brings her love of creating and connecting to those she teaches in her macramé workshops. She loves taking people on a journey through art; creating moments and experiences is just as important to her as the finished product.
Along with creating beautiful macramé pieces, The Makery Kelowna offers craft supplies, workshops, patterns, and DIY kits for those wanting to create their own masterpieces. Leigh also loves to create custom pieces for homes, businesses and weddings.
Classes include all supplies and a glass of wine.
