Shhhhh! (a secret dinner 3)
From The Paisley Notebook by Aman Dosanj comes my third secret dinner and the last of the series. My project is all about trust - in the ingredients and how they're grown/raised to the person who's cooking for you. I wanted to push that further with a string of secret dinners, where you won't know the location until we arrive at the table.
Join me on Saturday, August 24 for a night of edible storytelling at a secret outdoor venue in Kelowna. Feast on 4 Okanagan-inspired courses with an Indian vibe, whilst listening to the sounds of the super talented singer/songwriter, Chloe Davidson. 'Bartender Brother', Harry Dosanj will be with pop up bar helping with the beverage pairings.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which won't be shared until each course is up (I like surprises). A little request - please contact Aman before purchasing tickets if you have allergies, I'll try my best to accommodate. This dinner is a little different with so many moving parts, so unfortunately not all allergies can be accommodated with how many moving parts this one has (I'll make it up to you).
Arrive at 5:00 PM for a 5:30 PM dinner (please and thank you). I will drop a pin on the day of the event to disclose the meet up point. From there, we adventure to the table. We are turning this dinner into a pilot to pitch to the TV networks, so please be aware that we will be videoing this secret dinner. You will be part of the start of something big if it's picked up by a TV network.

We may need to walk a little to get to the outdoor venue
Bring suncscreen, a hat and something warm for the evening just in case
Ticket price does not include gratuity
