2019-06-28 01:30:00 2019-06-28 02:30:00 America/Vancouver Essentrics Aging Backwards® Class - Drop in Essentrics is revolutionizing the way we understand the role full-body movement plays in slowing down the aging process while keeping our bodies young, mobile, and pain-free. The Aging Backwards class is gentle and slow-paced; great for people looking to gradually build strength, release stiff joints, and improve range of motion. Essentrics was developed in Montreal by Miranda Esmonde-White, best-selling author of the books Aging Backwards, Forever Painless, and the newly-released Fast Track to Aging Backwards. She hosted the long-running PBS television series Classical Stretch. Join in the next class to see what it's about! Class Location: Move & Flow Studio 589 Lawrence Avenue, downtown Kelowna When: Fridays 1:30-2:30 (No Class July 26) Cost $10 (First class free) What to wear/bring: clothes you can move in. Water and mats available at the studio. Feel free to contact Alison with any questions about classes or Essentrics!
