SOURCED: a pop up dinner @ Crooked Sky Farm
The Paisley Notebook and Aman Dosanj are back with round two of outdoor pop up dinners across the Okanagan. 'Sourced' is a farm-to-table dinner series that re-imagines what it means to eat; bringing you closer to your food source, one edible story at a time. The pop up series made the Top 3 in the 'Remarkable Experience' category at the BC Tourism Industry Awards earlier this year, too (woot woot).
Join me on Sunday, 17 June for some edible storytelling as we take a little road trip to Crooked Sky Farm in Enderby. Meet organic farmer, Aaron Patterson, go on a farm tour, then feast on 4 Indian-inspired courses by my hands and my hands only. 'Bartender Brother', Harry Dosanj will be serving up a farm-focused cocktail, small lot Okanagan wines and BC craft beers with his cash bar.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which won't be shared until each course is up (I like surprises).
Arrive at 12:30 PM for a 1:00 PM farm tour, followed by a menu inspired by Crooked Sky Farm and friends (please and thank you).
