If you have always wanted precise instruction in a non-competitive and compassionate atmosphere, then Kelowna Yoga House is a great place to learn yoga. This class will teach you the fundamental actions in order to safely challenge yourself with yoga asanas (postures.) All mats and props are supplied in our fully equipped yoga oasis.
