To celebrate our Grand Opening and 10 year Anniversary we are offering a kids 'Bully Proof' workshop that is FREE to the public. For us, the children are far more than just a number. They are our future. Ages 4+ *At the same time as the Kid's Anti-Bully Workshop we have a Womens Self-Defence Workshop on our secondary mat space* No experience required.
