Using a soldier’s file, you will discover how to read their military record and other documents to fully appreciate the sacrifice of the men and women from the Okanagan. Bio: Major (Ret’d) Paul Randall, CD, MSc., grew up in Osoyoos, BC. He served in the British Columbia Regiment (Vancouver, BC), and later with the British Columbia Dragoons (Kelowna, BC). He worked as a research technician at the Agriculture Canada Research Centre in Summerland, BC. Now retired, Paul volunteers with several organizations.
