Taking ballet to new heights, literally, Agathe Petrini teamed up with photographer, Alex Buisse, to create a collection of truly daring yet inspiring photos. The series of photos depicts ballerina Petrini posing in a number of elegant dance sequences on the side of a mountain.

In September 2014, the French photographer and dancer took a trip to the Aiguilles Rouge (Red Peaks) in the French Alps. Suspended over the side of the peaks for several hours, Petrini danced to the rhythm of the mountain landscape.

Petrini is clearly a very fit dancer with a strong inclination for adventure because some of her photos are terrifying just looking at them, let alone trying to accomplish what she has.

Her face remains poised and elegant as she dances across the mountain top. Encompassing nature's serenity, beauty, and the connection Ms. Petrini has with the earth, this photo sequence is a unique piece of art to say the least.
