Drones can capture some pretty amazing things, but they’re also very expensive pieces of machinery, and no one understands that better than drone user Ryan Chatfield.

Chatfield posted a video of himself saving his drone from “certain death” on Monday, April 20th. Paired with some upbeat action music, the video depicts Chatfield leisurely walking on the beach while his drone flutters high above land to capture an aerial shot.

Suddenly, the drone begins plummeting toward land and Chatfield is pictured running in a trying attempt to save it from destruction.

Scurrying down through the rocks and jumping into the water, Chatfield epically saves his drone at the very last second.
