Coming this November, travellers will have 23 more flight options out of Kelowna.

WestJet flights from Kelowna to Edmonton will increase from four times per day to six, three more weekly flights to Calgary will be added and flights from Kelowna to Toronto will increase from five times per week to seven, according to a WestJet media release.

“This increased service will greatly enhance connectivity options for our travellers,” airport director Sam Samaddar says in the release. “With just one stop through one of these global hubs, passengers can easily explore a number of world-wide destinations.”

WestJet has also added dozens of new flights in and out of the province.

"Growing in Kelowna is typical of the kind of difference we want to make for travellers across British Columbia," Brian Znotins with WestJet says in the release.
