Not much beats getting wine delivered to your door every three months, except maybe living in a liquor store.
Living in a liquor store isn’t possible, but the wine deliveries are and the latest wine club to offer this service is a product of ‘Arrow’ star, Stephen Amell.
The actor, who spends a lot of time filming in Vancouver, created a popular wine club in the U.S. called Nocking Point.
Now he’s teamed up with a West Kelowna winery, the Hatch, to introduce the service to Canadians.
If you sign up for the club, called NP North, you can get quarterly wine deliveries to anywhere in Canada.
It’s not just wine either, as the gift box has plenty of goodies in it.
“It’s like getting a birthday gift four times a year when you crack open your shipment to see what’s inside,” says the Nocking Point website. “We created NP North in the most efficient way to get our premium products into our Canadian friends’ hands in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.”
The boxes are sent out on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st and December 1st of each year.
For $120-$140 per box, you’ll get multiple bottles of custom made wine from The Hatch.
In the first delivery, you’ll also get Nocking Points coffee from Canoe Coffee Roasters right here in Kelowna and a third edition custom Nocking Point comic.
The U.S. Nocking Point has over 5,700 members, but the Canadian version is only open to 500 people to start.
It will, however, be expanding by 250 members every quarter.
