Now, a Danish beer company has found a way to recycle and give back to its community.
It's using urine to make beer.
The new Pisner (no, it's not a typo) Beer is produced by Danish company, Norrebro Bryghus.
The 'beercycling' process got underway at the Roskilde music festival in 2015, when it started collecting thousands of litres of urine from the Norrebro Bryghus trough-like urinals.
Norrebro Bryghus made about 60,000 bottles of Pisner, with no telling if there will be more down the road.
So like any bathroom line up, go early if you want this product.
Bottled Pisner Beer starts selling after June 21st.
Norrebro Bryghus opened in September 2003 and was started by former Carlsberg brewmaster, Anders Kissmeyer.
The microbrewery is located in an area of Copenhagen called Norrebro.
Norrebro Bryghus has won numerous awards for its beer, including two gold medals at the World Beer Cup. (Source: Wikipedia).
