Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My husband and my dogs because we can be doing nothing and still have the best time.
What is your favourite local store in Kelowna and why?
Waterfront Cafe, they have amazing food and the atmosphere is relaxing but welcoming. Plus, their pancakes are incredible.
Describe yourself in one word.
Honest.

Golfing.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
The world can always use more kindness and acceptance.
Where would you sneak away to in Kelowna to spend some time alone?

My goal of being a personal trainer is to inspire, educate and motivate. To teach others the importance of exercise for both our bodies and our minds. And to encourage others to love their bodies.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
The same - I believe that everything happens for a reason and that I'm meant to be exactly where I am.

Pink - she is inspiring, motivating and a strong woman with a powerful voice. I love the strength and beauty that she represents as a singer.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
To support local businesses and watch them grow organically. I also believe it builds a sense of community which is something I wholeheartedly believe in. Building a community that supports one another is a huge key to success.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Coaching and teaching others that you can still eat donuts and achieve your fitness goals. I am so proud and excited when I receive messages from clients saying that I have helped them reach their goals, learn something new or just live a happier life.
