I was a waitress in high school and someone asked me if I take "IOU's" (i owe you's) I told them I didn't think so, they laughed and I walked away confused only to later realize what I had missed.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
When I was 19 I went on a missions trip to Africa, I was able to preach at a prison and saw a whole room full of men give their life to Jesus.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
I think it's impossible to choose just one. I had an amazing childhood. From 5 to 10 years old I lived in Portugal. I truly feel blessed to have the rich memories I do, whether it be playing on sand dunes or in the ocean. Roaming the mountains and visiting castle ruins, playing endless games of make believe with my best friend.

No pressure right - That everyone would know the love of God.

The thrift store or Indigo.

Just look around, this city is surrounded by beauty.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
I've never really had a bucket list, but a few things I would love to accomplish in my life are:
1. To own my own home

What is the name of your business/organization?
Emily Faith.
Why did you get into/start this business?
I started youtube because I was looking for a creative outlet after becoming a mom.
What is the goal of your business?
To create and do what I love. Sharing that with others and hopefully inspiring them to create as well.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Trying to find the balance between motherhood and pursuing my "career".
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
The same.
Tell us your best piece of life advice.
Surround yourself with people you love and who love you well. Be vulnerable and open with your loved ones and don't hold onto bitterness and disappointment.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
That is a really hard question but I think I would have to say Heidi Baker. I think after spending one day with her my life would never be the same.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
When you shop locally you get to support individuals and their families. You can see the hard work and love that went into something your buying and you get to support that every time you shop locally. That is a powerful choice we have and get to make.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Becoming a mom.
Give someone you think that deserves it a shout out and explain why!
Rachel Pfuetzner - she is one of the sweetest people I've met out here. She's a photographer and does hand lettering. She's great at what she does and she's an even kinder human being.
My choice for the KelownaNow In Focus spotlight is:
