Harry Dosanj of Poppadoms is part of a family of pioneers and entrepreneurs. They started Poppadoms from an ideal to create true-to-its-roots Indian food and have seen it flourish into one of the premier restaurants in Kelowna.  It's always a good sign when other local business owners want to eat at your place!

Dedication to this same ideal is what led his mom and sisters to take a culinary tour around India to further enhance their menu. You can read about it in their regular column, A Taste of India, on Welcome to Kelowna. Harry is a bit of a character and, while motivated, he also takes time for fun. Today Harry Dosanj is In Focus.
