Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have finally tied knot as a secret ceremony took place in France on Saturday.
A spokesperson for the couple has confirmed the marriage of the two, which took place in a small chapel in Chateau Miraval. The superstar couple have been dating since starring together in the 2005 film of Mr and Mrs Smith. They have been engaged since April 2012 but said they would not marry until same sex marriage was legal in California.
This is Jolie’s third marriage; she was previously married to Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton. Pitt was previously married to Friends star Jennifer Aniston, that marriage ended when it was revealed that he had cheated on her with Jolie.
The couple have six children, their eldest sons Maddox and Pax, 13 and 10, daughters Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, Vivienne, six, and six year old Knox.
