People Magazine has announced its annual “Sexiest Man Alive” and this year it’s 31 year old Chris Hemsworth.
The Australian actor joins the likes of Channing Tatum, Johnny Depp and Matt Damon for the coveted title. In the magazine on stands this Friday, Hemsworth tells People that he thought it was “pretty funny” when he first heard the news. Hemsworth is known for his roles in The Avengers, Thor and Rush.

The movie star is married to his 38 year old wife Elsa Pataky and the couple have three children. People Magazine says “there was no contest” when it came to naming the Aussie hunk as the sexiest man alive.
