BC Ferries Responds to Man's Public Rant

BC Ferries has responded to the Vancouver Island man whose Facebook post went viral on Thursday.

Sean Smith’s rant has been shared by thousands of people and by 4:00 p.m. he had appeared on most major news outlets to discuss his point of view. In his post he points out how the corporation could save millions of dollars in three simple methods. His words of wisdom struck a chord with the general public as over the years BC Ferries has been in the spotlight for poor management and lost revenues.
