Health Canada Issues Recall for Possible Salmonella Contamination

Heath Canada has issued two Salmonella warnings and both products could have been sold nationwide.

If you purchased Flying Swallow White Pepper Powder or Ecoato brand Sweet Paprika Powder it might be contaminated. Both spices are under a recall warning and sold at either the Clover Trading Company or Winners stores across Canada.

  

The White Pepper Powder recall includes 55g containers with the UPC 7 77244 00012 6. Sweet Paprika Powder packages that are 160g in size and have the following product information should be thrown out: Lot#8147, October 2015.

There have been no reported illnesses with either products but both should be thrown out or returned to the store of purchase as a precaution.
