Snow is early this year, and we are already being forced to shovel snow from our driveways.

But, luckily for us, a local chiropractor has created a video tutorial on how to shovel without hurting yourself.

Dr. Tim Wood from Mission Family Chiropractic made the video to show people how to shovel the correct way, without lifting or straining, and the video has gotten thousands of views.

“Obviously as a chiropractor, every time I shovel snow I’m thinking about ways you could do it that would be better on your back or your spine,” says Wood in the video.

Wood says that you can avoid back injuries using his method, and it only requires a few tools.

He encourages viewers to share the video to help someone they know prevent back-related health problems.
