Doctor's Note Goes Viral Because of Sarcastic Comments

A doctor’s note is going viral online as the MD involved points a finger at the work requirement that calls for a sick note for employees.

The photo of the sick note popped up on Reddit this week and since it has garnered the attention of people all over the world. Eaglel66 posted the photo on the popular website showing the doctor’s complaint to the outdated method of asking for a sick note. The poster says it belonged to a friend who was told to obtain it in order to satisfy his workplace for calling in sick.

The photo of the note has been viewed more than 3.8 million times and generated thousands of comments. Eaglel66 says the note is Canadian but did not give any other details as to where it came from. Whether or not it is genuinely real or a fake, it is has sparked an online debate as to whether or not the practice of a sick note should be required by employers.
