An adorable parody video is going viral for trying to put some happiness on furry faces.

The East Bay SPCA in Oakland, California created “Oaktown Pup” to spread the message of animal adoption. The video, a hilarious parody of “Uptown Funk”, uses the funky beat of the song and masterfully pairs it with some canine attitude and the passion of their local animal lovers. It’s hard to imagine a more enthusiastic attempt to get more people to adopt from animal shelters. Even the Oakland mayor got in the action, getting some puppy snuggles in the video.
