Kelowna local Lori Welbourne has garnered the attention of national media as her latest Youtube video has gone viral with over 600,000 views since posting on August 21.

Her video has her removing her top during an interview with Kelowna Mayor, Walter Gray to discuss whether it is legal for women to go topless in Kelowna.
