Kelowna RCMP say they have charged the fiancée of murder victim Aimee Jane Parkes after identifying him as a person of interest.

Police confirm that Ryan James Quigley was taken into custody Thursday morning and has since been charged with murder.

Parkes, 35, was found dead in her home at Hiawatha Mobile Home Park on April 1st and RCMP immediately deemed the death suspicious.
