Mount Baldy Ski Resort, located east of Oliver and Osoyoos, is selling off everything after the mountain’s Idaho owners failed to raise cash to open. A news release detailing the sale of assets has been released by appointed marketing agent G-Force Real Estate Inc.

All property is for sale including both chair lifts, magic carpet, 120 cabins and condos as well as the day lodge. A master plan for the area to expand the resort to a four season destination has been approved by the BC Government which currently includes an 18-hole golf course and water park.

The goal is to sell the property “as is” and as a whole purchase with a new owner to reopen the Resort for the 2014-2015 ski season in December. While no purchase price has been offered G-Force says all reasonable offers will be considered and all serious offers should be submitted for review.

The ski resort can accommodate about 7,800 visitors and residents and is 90 per cent developed. The resort did not open for the 2013-2014 season because of financial challenges.
