North Okanagan RCMP say the investigation into a stolen firearm resulted in police finding much more including drugs.

On October 17th police executed a search warrant at a home in the 1900 block of George Street in Enderby. The search was for the stolen firearms but police found cash, cocaine and other drugs, but the guns were not recovered.

A 35 year old man was arrested for drug trafficking and two other people who were in the home at the time of the search were released without charges.

The suspect has been released with the promise to appear in court at a later date.
