This police officer from Dover, Delaware, has won the internet for the time being.

Dover Police Department posted the now viral video to their Facebook page on Friday, claiming that they came across it while reviewing dashcam footage. The video of Cpl Jeff Davis lip synching and busting out the moves to Taylor Swift's “Shake It Off” definitely looks staged, but that doesn't make it any less hilarious.

Cpl Davis certainly has the attitude for this song, bobbing his head to the beat and pointing his finger with style. He even plays it cool at times, motioning for someone to go by, before cranking the attitude right up again with some cheeky moves. Cpl Davis only get better as the video goes on, with some pretty amazing acting once Taylor Swift starts telling people to get down “this sick beat.”

The Dover Police Department did put a disclosure on their Facebook page that the video was shot in a parking lot at idle speeds. Cpl Davis was shaking it off, but not shaking off safety.

Dover Police Department's last comment? “Taylor Swift, if you're watching...we're sorry.”
