Driving a semi truck through Canada’s winter highways is not for the faint of heart.

Luckily, there’s no need to experience it first hand anymore.

Truck driver Clayton Brown has posted a dashcam video to YouTube showing just how messy things can get when the perfect storm of weather conditions hit, and it’s not pretty.

“Conditions of the day, which were 2°C and snowing caused very slick road conditions,” Brown said in the video.

“I hope this video sheds some light on what we truckers go through out here to get people their food and supplies.”

KelownaNow would like to take the opportunity to thank truckers for all they do and to ask them to please stay safe out there!
