Be honest, you’ve thought about quitting a job you hated in some dramatic way.

And while we have all planned it over and over again in our heads, very few of us could attest to actually going through with it.

One Canadian boy in Grande Prairie, Alberta had the guts to live out his quitting fantasy to the shoppers of Walmart.

Last Thursday, former Walmart employee Jackson Racicot decided to end his year and a half stint with the company using the store's intercom system.

Racicot addressed all shoppers, associates and management in a well thought through rant that directly called out one of his bosses for calling him a “waste of time.”

He goes on to say that he is “sick of all the bulls**t, bogus write-ups and my job.”

Before ending the video, he’s sure to express how he really feels by saying “f*** management. F*** this job. And f*** Walmart.”

Loud cheers can be heard from the store following the speech.

The video was posted online last Thursday and already has over 41,000 views.
