The Vancouver Police are, yet again, at the receiving end of a barrage of insults in a video posted on social media.

The officer in the video is responding to an incident that the motorist describes as a hit and run, and is faced with some incredibly aggressive behaviour.

Another individual recorded the interaction as the man hurls insults at the officer, telling him to do his job while unleashing several expletives at him.

The officer responds to the behaviour by telling the man that if he has had an incident with his vehicle, he can report it.

The officer tells the motorist several times to stand over by his car, eventually pushing the man back when he refuses to move. The motorist then tells the officer to shut up, saying "You're assaulting me."

Eventually, another officer shows up at the scene to assist and the camera is turned off as they request to see the man’s drivers license.

Earlier this week, a similar interaction was caught on camera where Vancouver Police were verbally abused by a pair of Surrey men during a traffic stop.
