WestJet has gone above and beyond once again for its annual Christmas video.

The airline demonstrates the power of a child’s imagination in this year’s video, entitled ‘12 Flights of Christmas.’

In the video, WestJet calls upon a number of young boys and girls from the St. Alban’s Boys and Girls Club in Toronto to come up with amazing Christmas surprises for travellers all over Canada.

"Christmas, through the eyes of a child, is magical and the children gave us wonderful inspiration for surprising our guests,” said WestJet’s Richard Bartrem, vice president of marketing communications.

“The best part was that the children got to be present to witness their own miracle come to life."

From cuddling with 40 puppies to a live performance of the Nutcracker to a life-sized snow globe, the kids’ imaginations bring holiday cheer to multiple Canadian airports.

On top of the unique airport displays, the airline also handed out dozens of free flights during the promotion.

WestJet received help from plenty of familiar faces in the video, including Peter Mansbridge, Colin Mochrie, Aaron Sanchez, Jillian Harris, Eugenie Bouchard, Graham DeLaet and Walk Off The Earth.
