Woman Accused of Streaming Sex Shows From Libraries Turns Herself In

The woman accused of exposing herself and masturbating inside libraries has turned herself in. 

On Friday morning, the woman in question turned herself in at the Windsor Police Headquarters. Police subsequently arrested a 21-year-old Windsor woman in relation to an on-going investigation involving sexual acts performed and streamed online at public library locations.

She was placed under arrest for one count of indecent act, but was released shortly after on a promise to appear.

Windsor police were initially made aware of the woman after videos were found circulating online. The videos are of a woman exposing herself and masturbating inside what appears to be the Windsor Public Library.
