The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced a recall for another one of Heinz’s baby foods.

The Sweet Potato and Beef Medley baby food has been recalled because of possible spoilage. This recall is because of a potential loss of seal, and Heinz notes that there have been a small number of dented or popped safety caps. There have currently been no reported illnesses from this product.

CFIA says to not consume the product. If your infant has been fed it already, discontinue use and monitor your child for symptoms. Symptoms named by CFIA for spoiled food are upset stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea. The agency says to seek medical attention if you have any concerns.

The Chicken with Broth flavour of Heinz baby food was also recalled on April 15th
