A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a man and woman from Moncton as they have been charged with the murder of an 18-year-old man.

New Brunswick RCMP is looking for 20-year-old Marissa Shephard and 18-year-old Tyler Noel. Both are charged with first degree murder and arson in connection with the death of Baylee Wylie on December 17th, 2015.

The warrant was issued by police Monday morning as it is unknown if they are together or if they’ve left the province.

“Anyone who is helping these two evade police can be charged with accessory after the fact to commit first degree murder,” said Sgt. André Pepin with the Codiac Regional RCMP. “The murder of Baylee Wylie was extremely violent.  These two should be considered dangerous and not be approached.”

Shephard is described as Caucasian; she is around 5’5” tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair and a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest.

Noel is described as Caucasian with a medium complexion. He is 5’8” tall with a medium build and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, including some facial hair. He has tattoos on his right arm with the words, mom, dad, and Mary as well as a skull.

Anyone who has information about the pair’s whereabouts or if they spot them are asked to contact their nearest RCMP detachment or dial 9-1-1.
