Your chance for a world class sugar high returns this month, and this time around there’s two days to enjoy the promotion.

7-Eleven’s Bring Your Own Cup event is back for today and Saturday only, make sure you don't miss out on the fun!

You’ll be able to bring any kind of container into a 7-Eleven location and fill that bad boy up for just $2.

That means anything from milk jugs to rice cookers to tea kettles can be filled up with that delicious slush.

“Every year, the Bring Your Own Cup event is highly anticipated by our fans,” said Doug Rosencrans, GM and vice president of 7-Eleven Canada.

“Our loyal customers never fail to amaze us. The genuine fun and creativity they bring is incredible and it’s made BYOC event one of our legacy events.”

There are also three limited-time-only flavours on the go that you can try out on Bring Your Own Cup event, including Crush Banana, Crush Jelly Bean and Pepsi Black Cherry.

There are some rules, as your container must be within 26 centimetres in diameter, water tight, clean and hygienic, but other restrictions have been taken off this year!
