Polar bear season is taking place right now in Churchill, Manitoba, and as a result, Polar Bears International has officially launched its annual Polar Bear Cam!

If you have ever been curious about these magnificent beasts, now is your chance to watch them up close and personal without invading their space.

This live, 24/7 camera will run until Nov. 25, giving you a chance to better understand the lives of these animals.

On the cams, you can watch the mothers, cubs and sparring males tackle the snowy tundra in Wapusk National Park. It’s like watching Planet Earth in real time!

Don’t be discouraged if you log in and don’t see the bears. There are other cameras to watch, including a highlight reel, and one of them will always have the coverage you’re looking for.

In addition to the live cams, you can watch a series of educational webcasts and live chats called Tundra Connections. Here, you can learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about polar bears all from the comfort of your home.
