The Epson Perfection Scanner (V30/ V33/ V37/ V300/ V330/ V370) power adapter was sold between 2010 and 2017.

It can be identified by their universal product number, which is: EADP-16CB B.

There has been one report of a fire being caused by the adapter in Canada (as of Jan. 20).

Health Canada advises people with the adapters to immediately stop using them and contact Epson America to obtain a replacement product.
